As a customer-focused company, TrendzFashion wants to ensure you receive products in their original condition and are not incorrect, broken, or faulty. If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged product, you are eligible for a free replacement.
Timeframe
You must request a replacement within 3 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.
Replacement Process
Initiation
To initiate a replacement request, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team on WhatsApp within the eligible timeframe. Option A
We will ask you to ship the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product in its original packaging (including the original product box and all accessories) to our address:

Within 2 working days of receiving the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge.
Option B
We will schedule a replacement pick-up within 14 working days. Please pack the product (including the original product box and all accessories) for the courier to collect and deliver the replacement to you.
Please note that we do not offer replacements for "change of mind."
